Warranty Policy
Scentaculaar stands behind the quality of every atmosphere system we make. All hardware products are covered by our limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
What Is Covered
All Scentaculaar atmosphere systems are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
- Malfunctions that occur under normal operating conditions
- Electronic component failures not caused by external damage
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from using non-Scentaculaar fragrance oils
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Damage from unauthorized modification or repair
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
Fragrance Oils
Fragrance oils are not covered under the hardware warranty. However, if you receive a damaged or defective oil bottle, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it at no charge.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email info@scentaculaar.com with subject line: “Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]”
- Include a brief description of the issue and photos if possible
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps
Approved claims will receive a replacement unit or refund at our discretion.
