Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- • During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination, weight, and carrier.
- • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control are not our responsibility.
Order Tracking
- • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- • Tracking updates are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
- • We currently ship to select international destinations
- • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
- • We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been handed to the carrier.

Return Policy
Eligibility
- • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
- • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- • For health and safety reasons, certain items (including opened diffusers, fragrances, or consumables) are non-returnable
- • Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange
Return Process
- 1. Email our Customer Care team at Info@scentaculaar.com with your order number and reason for return.
- 2. If eligible, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization.
- 3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- 4. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return authorization.
Refunds
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- • If items are returned used, damaged, or outside the return window, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Exchanges
- • Exchanges are subject to product availability and must follow the same process as returns.
Cancellations
- • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
- • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the return process must be followed.
